What's the name and logo all about?
The name Byrd, is a nod to the American polar explorer, Richard Byrd, and our logo is the Arctic Tern. Arctic terns have, by far, the longest and most meandering migration patterns of any animal, and we liked the comparison to our owners, Chef Ehren and Nadine, who have traveled the world on their culinary career, before landing in New Jersey
